Day #14 Owner Setup

Similar to other days I ported the other AI's functionalities into the owner NPC. I envisioned him as an old dude on a bath robe on a whim. He's supposed to be a retired lonely guy. Today's devlog is shorter because I only added the scene and a random move and idle cycle. Tomorrow I'll go into more detail with its functionality.
